Role Overview

We are looking for an Inventory & Procurement Manager with a STEM/technical background to manage inventory and procurement of components, tools, equipment, and materials used across our robotics, electronics, and engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have strong inventory and procurement experience along with a basic understanding of technical components.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inward, outward, transfer, return, and overall movement of inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/software/Excel.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of required materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory with system records.
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, excesses, and damages.
• Manage procurement of robotics, electronics, mechanical components, tools, and project materials.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, availability, deliveries, and replacements.
• Coordinate with Accounts and other internal teams for procurement and inventory related requirements.
• Track slow-moving, non-moving, obsolete, and damaged inventory.
• Ensure proper storage, tagging, identification, and handling of materials.
• Maintain inventory documentation and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Support stock audits and implement processes to improve inventory accuracy and reduce losses.
• Coordinate with Robotics, Engineering, and Program teams to understand project wise material requirements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Inventory, Procurement, Stores, Materials Management, or Supply Chain.
• Engineering/STEM background preferred, especially Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Robotics.
• Basic understanding of robotics, electronics, and mechanical components.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and inventory/ERP software.
• Strong vendor coordination, negotiation, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requirements.

Preferred Experience

Experience in Robotics, Electronics, STEM, Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, Prototyping, or Hardware environments will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
