Role Overview

Procurement Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Source and coordinate with vendors for goods and services.
  • Manage RFQs, vendor comparisons, and purchase orders.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery.
  • Maintain vendor records and procurement documentation.
  • Support negotiation and vendor relationship management.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
  • Strong communication and vendor coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.


Preferred Industry

Advertising, Digital, Media, or similar industries.
