We are looking for a Procurement cum Stores Executive responsible for managing purchase activities, vendor coordination, inventory control and day-to-day stores operations. The candidate should have experience in procurement processes, material management and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day procurement activities for raw materials, consumables, spares and other operational requirements.
• Source vendors, obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
• Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
• Manage material receipt, inspection coordination, storage, issuance and dispatch.
• Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders, invoices and delivery challans.
• Maintain stock registers, inventory records and ensure accurate material movement documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate for timely replenishment of materials.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain GRNs, Material Requisition Slips, Purchase Orders and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Production, Maintenance, Quality and Accounts, for material requirements.
• Prepare MIS reports related to procurement, inventory and stock movement.
• Good negotiation, coordination and communication skills.
• Working knowledge in SAP systems is a must.
