Job Title: Procurement Associate

Location: Unit No. 3 & 4, 7th Floor, Techniplex II, Techniplex Complex, Off Veer Savarkar Flyover, Goregaon West, Mumbai - 400062)

JOB PURPOSE

The role holder will support the procurement function by assisting with vendor coordination, quotation comparisons, purchase documentation, and timely procurement of goods and services for the campuses and corporate office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in identifying vendors and collecting quotations for required goods and services.
• Prepare quotation comparison sheets and support cost analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, product specifications, and delivery timelines.
• Assist in preparing purchase orders and maintaining procurement records.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate in B.Com, BBA, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Freshers are eligible to apply.

Qualifications & Experience

• 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, including data entry and maintaining records.
• Knowledge of procurement or vendor management will be an added advantage.

Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
