Job Description

Aera GCS is looking for a smart and enthusiastic intern to support day-to-day procurement and administrative activities.

This internship will provide practical exposure to:

  • supplier coordination
  • purchase activities
  • documentation
  • Excel reporting
  • ERP entries
  • office coordination

The role is ideal for freshers or students who want hands-on experience in an automotive manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with suppliers for quotations and deliveries
  • Maintain purchase and documentation records
  • Support preparation of purchase orders and comparison sheets
  • Coordinate with internal departments for requirements
  • Maintain Excel trackers and reports
  • Assist in administrative and procurement activities
  • Support data entry and ERP-related activities

Desired Skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

Eligibility

  • Diploma / Graduate / Final Year Student
  • Mechanical / Production / BBA / B.Com students can apply
  • Good communication skills
  • Organized and disciplined working style
  • Willingness to learn

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹5,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
