Procure To Pay Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and P2P operations in a Global Capability Centre (GCC). The role involves leading a team, ensuring timely invoice processing and vendor payments, maintaining compliance, resolving operational issues, and improving process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end P2P operations, including PO and non-PO invoice processing, vendor payments, travel and expense (T&E), and helpdesk activities.
• Oversee vendor reconciliations, payment cycles, invoice discrepancies, and pending transactions.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, backlogs, and team productivity to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle month-end closing activities, accruals, GR/IR clearing, and reconciliation between the AP sub-ledger and General Ledger.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, internal controls, and company policies.
• Lead and guide a team of approximately 10–12 team members.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement process improvements.
• Support process transitions, automation initiatives, and system enhancements.
• Prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards for management.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Master Data, and business teams.
• Maintain audit documentation and support internal, statutory, and tax audits.
