This role involves handling outbound international B2B calls to clients in the US and Canada. As a Tele Sales Caller, you will engage with prospects, pitch ELD (Electronic Logging Devices) and telematics solutions, and achieve sales targets. The role operates in a night shift from 9 PM to 6 AM, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate and manage outbound calls to international B2B prospects in the US and Canada. Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to promote ELD telematics products and services. Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential leads and assess client needs to offer tailored solutions. Convert leads into customers by effectively addressing objections and closing sales. Relationship Building: Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, prospects, and sales in CRM systems. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track progress against targets. Campaign Knowledge: Stay updated on ELD telematics products, industry trends, and compliance requirements. Use knowledge to educate clients and highlight product benefits. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to meet campaign objectives. Share feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and processes. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in international outbound sales, preferably in B2B voice processes or telematics campaigns. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a persuasive and professional tone. Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing abilities. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and telematics systems is a plus. Self-Motivation: Target-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently.
