Job Responsibilities: Manage the timely flow of all localization project actions from initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects meet quality and turn-around time Manage client relationships and serve as primary day-to-day contact for external clients. Proactive and effective communication with internal and external translation teams, at all levels Develop processes and methodologies to ensure project success and value added to customers Responsible for sourcing freelance translators as & when required Closely monitor projects via effective use of standards, systems and quality processes Escalation points for clients and internal resources on assigned accounts Resolve client issues Provide project and account reporting as requested Desired Profile Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience Savvy with CAT tools / AI tools Strong communication skills both written & verbal Good problem-solving skills IT background will be good, but not mandatory Knowledge of any South languages/ Marathi along with Hindi preferred Locations: Pune / Mumbai (If based in Mumbai, he/she must be comfortable traveling to be at client office in Pune 10-15 days a month and dedicatedly for 1-2 months, as per requirement)
