Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs

  for international processes, focusing on

  TNI, TTT, TNA, OJT, Customer Service Training,

  Product Training, Soft Skills Training, Call Center Training.
• Develop curriculum materials and assessments to measure trainee performance.

• Conduct training needs analysis

  to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences.
• Provide coaching and feedback to trainers to improve their delivery

Requirements:

• Must have

  on-paper experience working as a Trainer.

• Customer Service training experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
