Experience Required: 3-4 Years

Role Requirement: FUTUROOT is a process mining tool that reveals how your processes actually run, surfacing variants, workarounds, and control gaps. This role requires to own the functional design of FUTUROOT's process intelligence capabilities, translating business processes and customer requirements into reusable product features and analytical use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse source-system data structures, transaction tables, relationships and business events.

• Develop source-to-canonical mappings, transformation rules and process event logs. • Build reusable data models for processes such as P2P, O2C, R2R and Inventory Management.

• Develop data quality checks, reconciliation rules and validation procedures.

• Work with the functional product team to translate process requirements into accurate data models.

• Document mappings, transformation logic, data dependencies and validation rules.

• Identify opportunities to automate data preparation and reduce source-system-specific development effort.

Required Experience and Skills

• Experience in data engineering, analytics engineering or process mining data development.

• Strong SQL skills and practical experience with relational databases, data modelling and ETL/ELT.

• Understanding of ERP transaction data; SAP ECC/S/4HANA experience is preferred.

• Ability to convert raw source data into reliable, standardized event logs.

• Strong troubleshooting, data validation and documentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex data structures and identify process inefficiencies.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive tasks independently.
