Experience Required: 3-4 Years

Role Requirement: FUTUROOT is a process mining tool that reveals how your processes run, surfacing variants, workarounds, and control gaps. This role requires to own the functional design of FUTUROOT's process intelligence capabilities, translating business processes and customer requirements into reusable product features and analytical use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define process models, KPIs, events, process variants, business rules and exception logic across key business processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, product features and acceptance criteria.
• Work with Engineering to develop and validate reusable process intelligence capabilities.
• Test analytical outputs to ensure they accurately reflect business process behaviour.
• Support product demonstrations, solution design, partner training and functional product queries.
• Maintain process documentation, functional specifications, test scenarios and reusable process packages.

Required Experience and Skills

• Experience in process mining, business process analysis, ERP functional consulting or analytics solution development.

• Strong understanding of enterprise processes such as P2P, O2C, R2R or Supply Chain.

• Exposure to Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath Process Mining or similar platforms.

• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical logic and product specifications. • Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive tasks independently.
