Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 0 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have mandatory technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Customer Service (Mortgage) Foreclosure and Claim File & Service (Mortgage Loan). This is a night shift position with a work-from-office model. Responsibilities Manage and process mortgage-related documents and data efficiently using MS Excel. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all processed information to maintain data integrity. Handle customer service inquiries related to mortgage processes with professionalism and efficiency. Assist in the foreclosure process by managing and updating relevant documentation. Support the claim filing and servicing process for mortgage loans by ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Provide regular updates and reports on the status of various tasks and projects. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security for all sensitive information. Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and identify trends or discrepancies. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry regulations and best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the team. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel. Have experience in customer service within the mortgage industry is preferred. Demonstrate knowledge of foreclosure processes and claim filing for mortgage loans is a plus. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Show attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks. Display the ability to work effectively in a night shift environment. Maintain a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Certifications Required Certification in MS Excel or relevant technical certification. Show more Show less
