The purpose of this role is to design, develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) and reporting solutions using Azure and MSBI technologies (Synapse pipelines, SQL Server, SSIS, etc.), work on ETL and data related projects are directed, and support current business reporting platforms including Python and PySpark development. Main Activities and Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into efficient technical design. Undertake problem analysis, process improvements and efficient issues resolutions. Perform a range of data migration and manipulation activities including data analysis, data mapping, data modelling, and data cleansing. Manage current BI and Data Engineering solutions. Take responsibility for the successful deployment of developed products within the specified environments. Creating and maintaining detailed documentation to ensure effective handovers and knowledge transfer. Ensure all relevant helpdesk jobs are monitored and resolved in a timely manner Key Skills and Capabilities: Good software development experience, with the last 2 years in core MSBI / ETL/ Synpase pipelines Good knowledge of ETL solution and design. Database implementation and enhancement. Experience of developing Azure Synapse pipelines and datalake solutions Good SQL Server programming skills using T-SQL. Knowledge of designing and developing SSIS solutions including using script task. Qualifications and Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or business discipline (desirable). Job Description About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled individual proficient in UiPath to design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions that drive business efficiency. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and consultative skills to collaborate with stakeholders and translate complex business processes into robust technical requirements. As an RPA Consultant at Innovior, you will be instrumental in expanding our automation footprint across the organisation. You will take ownership of the full automation lifecycle—from initial process assessment and requirements gathering to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy automated processes using UiPath and other relevant RPA platforms. Collaborate closely with business analysts and process owners to identify, assess, and document high-value automation opportunities. Translate complex business requirements and process flows into technical automation solutions and documentation (SDDs, PDDs). Adhere to Innovior's best practices, governance standards, and the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), utilizing Agile methodologies. Platform Expertise: Proven expertise and certification in at least one industry-leading RPA platform (UiPath is essential; experience with Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism is a strong advantage).
