Special shout out to the technical team of Kirubakaran and Prathap for resolving all pending issues. The Nibav elevator is a good and convenient product for home use, and I recommend it to prospective customers.

I had installed there lift on 17 May 2024 and since then it has stopped working 2 times. For repair they send people after 10-15 days. These lifts are very costly and do not working efficiently. Its a total waste of money. I recommend do not purchase Nibav lifts.

Been using the series 3 elevator for more than 6 months now. Some issues like unable to open door from inside happened several times. Major safety issue. Not having vents inside the cabin, the cabin becomes very stuffy. And their after sales service team is downright pathetic. Keep missing their own deadlines.

We have ordered this lift 1 year back looking at the compact design as it will save lot of space during the construction. I would recommend this lift for residential purpose only. If you compare with traditional lift, this is way expensive …
