I had a zoom call meeting with one Mr Nitin Bansal and the costing for the project seemed massivley inflated. Also i have been closely tracking some of their projects in East Patel Nagar and New Rajinder Nagar and they are just using local labour/petty contractors only and just overcharging because of their suave presentation.
