About the job: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive - Cold Calling to join our team in Borivali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, pitching our products/services, and converting leads into clients. Key responsibilities: 1. Make outbound cold calls to potential leads and prospects. 2. Generate interest and schedule meetings or product demos. 3. Explain products/services clearly and persuasively. 4. Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM. 5. Follow up on leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp. 6. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. 7. Work closely with the field sales or account management team. Required skills: Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic computer skills - MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Comfortable with high call volumes (80-100 calls/day). Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, or inside sales is a plus. Qualifications: Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduate preferred. 1+ years of experience in sales, BPO, or customer service. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
