Print Production Manager (Offset)

Location: Tholasi Prints India Pvt. Ltd. – Bengaluru-58

Experience: 10–15 years as a Production Manager in a diversified Offset Printing & Packaging company.

Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech/Diploma/Graduate in Printing Technology or related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Languages: Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and achieve production targets within strict timelines.

2. Maintain high productivity while ensuring all Job Card commitments are met.

3. Ensure all activities comply with company SOPs and quality standards.

4. Conduct random quality checks on ongoing (WIP) jobs.

5. Monitor and control production costs to enhance profitability.

6. Track per-person productivity and ensure Daily Production Reports (DPR) are maintained.

7. Prepare detailed reports on rejections, reworks, and raw material (RM) reissues as per SOP.

8. Approve and manage employee leave requests within the Production Department.

9. Monitor and control RM consumption and prevent wastage at every stage.

10. Coordinate daily operations with Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Operators.

11. Evaluate and review employee performance regularly, recommending improvements or training where required.
