We are looking for a detail-oriented and proficient MS Excel Executive to manage, organize, and analyze data efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Excel formulas, data validation, pivot tables, and reporting techniques. This role requires precision, analytical thinking, and the ability to handle large datasets to support management in decision-making and reporting. Prepare, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets and reports. Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, IF statements, etc.) for data analysis. Clean, validate, and format raw data for accurate reporting. Create dashboards and visual reports for management insights. Perform data entry and ensure accuracy and completeness of information. Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required by different departments. Coordinate with internal teams to collect and compile data from multiple sources. Automate repetitive Excel tasks using macros or VBA (if applicable). Maintain confidentiality of company data and ensure proper data management practices. Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights.
