We are investing in growing our cutting-edge trial operational analytics capabilities by expanding the Digital, Analytics, and Performance team. As a Scrum Master for Trial Operations Analytics, you will lead agile delivery teams building next-generation analytics tools that empower Global Clinical Operations make data driven decisions. In this role you will: Serve as Scrum Master for Trial Operations Analytics team focused on building products and providing bespoke analytics services to GCO. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, backlog refinement, and PI planning activities. Identify and help remove obstacles or bottlenecks that impede team progress, protect the agile team from external interruptions to execution and assist in conflict resolution Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Performance managers, Data Scientists, Data engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure high-value deliveries. Track team performance through relevant Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down/up charts, etc.) and drive continuous improvement. Champion a culture of collaboration, transparency, experimentation, and accountability within Trial Operations teams. Ensure delivery aligns with GSK quality, compliance, and ethical standards. Delivery Excellence: Take responsibility for end-to-end delivery of AI product and services. A natural organizer for the TOA team and workstreams to enable delivery excellence Required qualifications and Experience We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum master’s in technology, data science, or digital product environments. Experience supporting AI/ML or advanced analytics product teams is highly desirable. Prior experience as developer of reporting / dashboard / analytics would be added advantage Proven ability to work with global, cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization. Certification for Scrum Master role is desired from affiliation such as Scrum.org, (PSM) Scrumalliance.org (CSM), Scaledagile.com and applied knowledge on scaled agile framework Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Certifications within Continuous Improvement disciplines and/or Agile Practices is a plus Demonstrate effective oral and written communication, able to deliver convincing, clear presentations to all levels of stakeholders. Pharma & Life Science R&D data literacy Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Why GSK?
