Leadend-to-enddeliveryofAI-nativeproductsandenterpriseoutcomeagents,fromcustomerdiscoveryandrequirementsgatheringthroughprototypecreation,iteration,andlaunch.Partnerdirectlywithcustomerstounderstandbusinessproblems,workflows,painpoints,anddesiredoutcomes.Translatecustomerneedsintoclearproductrequirements,usecases,andsolutionconceptsthatcanquicklybetestedandrefined.BuildandevolveworkingprototypesusingAI-nativetoolssuchasLovable,Claude,Co-Pilotandsimilarrapidprototypingplatformstoacceleratevalidationandshortenthepathfromideatodelivery.Turncustomerspecificoutcomeagentsintore-sellableout-of-theboxagentsUseprototypesasthenewPRDmotion:movefromcustomerdiscoverytoworkingAIAgentprototypesthatcustomers,FDE'sandengineeringcanreview,test,andrefine.CollaboratecloselywithFDEsandengineeringtoiterateonprototypes,validatefeasibility,refineuserflows,andpreparesolutionsforlaunch.Workwithcustomers,FDEsandengineeringintightfeedbackloopstoimproveprototypes,confirmvalue,andshapedeliverableproductcapabilities.Drivecross-functionalexecutionacrossproduct,engineering,design,datascience,architecture,andgo-to-marketteamstobringvalidatedconceptsintoproduction.Ensurelaunchedoutcomeagentsarepractical,scalable,andeasyforenterprisecustomerstoadopt.Usecustomerfeedback,adoptionsignals,andbusiness-impactmetricstocontinuouslyimproveproductexecutionandoutcomes.YouHaveGotWhatItTakesIfYouHave
