Principal Product Manager-Supply Chain Execution

The Product Manager, Supply Chain Execution within the GP&T ERP team at GSK plays a crucial role in supporting the company's digital supply chain aspirations. In this role, you will collaborate with the business to drive the roadmap for the product domain, working closely with the global product owner. Your responsibilities will include: - Co-developing and implementing product roadmaps for various products in the supply chain execution domain, such as direct procurement (SAP MM) and data management tools. - Managing the product backlog, prioritizing Digital & Tech services, ensuring continuous feedback from business customers and end users, and collaborating with other tech groups when necessary. - Ensuring that all products comply with internal security policies, risk management practices, and external regulatory requirements. - Overseeing Level 3 support in the supply chain execution area, contributing to process improvements, ensuring efficient data integrations, and managing agency/third-party staff. To excel in this role, you should have: - A degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent. - 10 to 14 years of experience in IT. - Extensive hands-on experience in SAP configuration, particularly in materials management modules. - A strong understanding of procurement business processes, Agile Methodology, and Product Management. - Excellent communication skills, the ability to influence at a senior level, and experience in agile/waterfall delivery cycles. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of: - ABAP, Automated Decision Making, Fiori, Business Rules Framework plus, API, and Cloud Platform Integration. - Fluency in English is a must.
