Principal Engineer - Scrum Master

Role Overview: At HARMAN Automotive, we are seeking a skilled Android Framework (Java) Developer to join our team. As an Android Framework Developer, you will design and develop Android framework components and services for automotive platforms. Your responsibilities will include headless service development, AIDL interface development, Android framework development, performance optimization, collaboration with user concept teams, and full stack development. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop headless services for communication components - Design and develop AIDL interfaces between UI and headless applications - Design and develop Android framework components and HAL services for automotive platforms - Measure and optimize component performance to meet automotive KPIs - Work with user concept teams and multi-location teams to integrate customer-centric Android apps - Perform full-stack Android development, including learning and adapting to new technologies Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience in Android framework and services development - Solid expertise in AOSP, AAOS, and Android framework and services - Experience with multimedia services, including audio and video - Experience with AIDL interface design and implementation - Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and Linux Additional Details: HARMAN is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment where every employee is welcomed, valued, and empowered.
