Principal Consultant- GTM Execution

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Principal Consultant GTM Execution to provide strategic techno-functional leadership across SAP Global Trade Management (GTM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM) solutions.

The role will work closely with global business stakeholders and technology teams to lead complex SAP projects, large-scale enhancements, solution design, business process optimization, integrations, and regional application support. The position will act as a key SAP GTM subject matter expert, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP GTM, SD, and MM projects, large enhancements, rollouts, and regional support activities.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP GTM and related business processes.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Drive business process improvements, automation, and solution optimization.
• Manage incidents, defects, root-cause analysis, and resolution activities.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment activities.
• Manage and oversee SAP integrations with FI/CO, LE, WM/EWM, PP, and third-party applications.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver business value.
• Develop training materials, conduct workshops, and support user adoption.
• Mentor team members and promote SAP best practices.

Required Technical & Functional Expertise

• Strong expertise in SAP GTM (Global Trade Management).
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD and MM.
• Good understanding of SAP LE and Inventory Management.
• Strong knowledge of OTC (Order-to-Cash) and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
• Experience with Pricing and Condition Techniques.
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO integration.
• Experience integrating SAP with WM/EWM and PP.
• Ability to perform ABAP debugging and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience with SAP enhancements, BADIs, User Exits, and custom developments.
• Understanding of SAP integration architecture and interface management.
• Experience across SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation projects.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP PS, and GTM-FI integration will be an advantage.

Education & Experience Qualification

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
• MBA or Masters degree preferred.
• 812 years of SAP consulting and application support experience.
• 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and MM.
• Proven experience leading large SAP projects, regional support, and enhancement programs.
• Experience working with European business stakeholders and global delivery teams.
