Principal Base24 Technical Consultant

As a Solutions Consultant at our company, you will play a vital role in identifying and developing solutions for our customers using our products, outsourced solutions, and proprietary tools/techniques. You will be viewed as a consultant by our customers and will be responsible for defining their needs, developing project plans, and proposing delivery solutions. Your performance will be evaluated based on utilization, specifically billable hours. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing clients" business needs and requirements and providing various solution options - Designing, building, and/or maintaining ACI products using required tools - Identifying and correcting problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback - Evaluating code to ensure validity, industry standards compliance, and compatibility with devices and operating systems - Collaborating with development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, and choose solutions - Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure timely quality deliverables - Providing estimates based on Product supplied Business Requirements - Mentoring junior staff and actively growing your abilities and domain knowledge with the guidance of senior staff - Addressing customer Functional and Nonfunctional requirement needs - Troubleshooting issues and providing immediate solutions - Assisting customers with implementation methods and efforts to ensure successful product adoption - Following prescribed processes and recommending improvements when necessary - Performing other assigned duties - Understanding and adhering to all corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent - 10-14 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in BASE24 domain and development knowledge, ATM/POS, Interchange Interface, ISO8583, EMV/Contactless - Excellent knowledge of BASE24 configuration and development skills - Working knowledge of Transaction Security Services (TSS), Fraud Application, Data replication tools - Experience in project implementation in a bank or processor environment using BASE24 - Knowledge of transaction Language - TAL In return for your expertise, we offer growth opportunities, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package in a casual work environment.
