As a Principal AGI Solutions Architect at JazzX AI, you will operate at the intersection of deep technical leadership and high-stakes client engagement. You will own solution architecture and technical delivery for marquee customers, ensuring that JazzX's AGI platform unlocks measurable business value. Your role will involve guiding multi-disciplinary squads from discovery through full production rollout and shaping the platform roadmap with field feedback to drive features that accelerate time-to-value and differentiate JazzX in the market. You will be responsible for designing end-to-end architectures that integrate JazzX's AGI services with client data sources, APIs, and security controls. Additionally, you will define scalability, resilience, compliance, and observability patterns while leading technical design reviews and steering decisions on cloud, data, and AI frameworks. Running the full delivery lifecycle, including discovery, PoC, pilot, production, and hyper-care, you will balance speed with robust engineering practices and establish repeatable deployment playbooks for field teams to apply across industries. In this role, you will translate business problems into AGI solutions, articulate trade-offs, and build trusted-advisor relationships with technical and non-technical leaders. You will deliver roadmap briefs, architecture artifacts, and demo sessions while managing risk, scope, and timeline. As a technical leader, you will coach engineers across JazzX in AGI best practices, code quality, security, and DevOps, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning. To be successful in this position, you must have 10-12 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in staff/principal or solution architect roles. You should have a proven record of delivering large-scale, low-latency distributed systems and deep knowledge of cloud-native, container-orchestrated architectures. Hands-on experience with LLM/AI frameworks and expertise in integrating various technologies are essential. Outstanding client-facing communication, executive-level presentation, and stakeholder-management skills are also required.
