Poor quality building. Most of the houses are damaged in one year of occupancy due to seepage issues. The builder has messed up this project completely. And they have quoted a huge price from the customers.

Very poor response... the owner is in some corner of India... the site engineer named Bharani who never responded to any queries and work. There is another person called subbaiya who never responded. If you plan to buy think several times

Good Community apartment. Having 300+ flats (including 2bhk & 3bhk). Maintenance are happening but with less care.
