About The Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (such as Instantly, Mailchimp, or similar) and WhatsApp marketing tools. You will be responsible for scheduling campaigns, following up with clients, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing activities. Key Responsibilities Create, schedule, and send email marketing campaigns using tools like Instantly (or similar platforms). Manage follow-ups with clients and maintain campaign workflows. Plan and schedule WhatsApp marketing campaigns using relevant tools. Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click rates, responses) and share reports with the team. Maintain and update client/prospect databases. Assist in creating basic email/WhatsApp content templates when required.
