1. Student Interaction & Counselling Contact potential students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to explain overseas education opportunities. Counsel students regarding universities, programs, admission requirements, and study destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.). Assess students’ educational background, interests, and financial capability to suggest suitable study options. Guide students on the complete admission process — from application submission to visa documentation. 2. Telecalling & Lead Management Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond promptly to inbound inquiries. Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to ensure conversion. Handle student queries effectively to build trust and maintain strong communication. Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets set by management. 3. Coordination & Team Support Coordinate with admission, marketing, and visa teams for smooth processing. Update students on the status of their applications and visas. Participate in training sessions, university webinars, and education fairs. 4. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents. Provide accurate information and guidance to enhance student satisfaction. Handle post-admission follow-up and support for pre-departure formalities. 5. Reporting & Analysis Maintain records of daily calls, inquiries, and conversions. Prepare periodic reports on student inquiries, applications, and admissions. Provide feedback to management for process improvement.
