Job Summary We are seeking a Solar Sales Executive to handle the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure. This role is perfect for candidates with a background in any sales domain who are enthusiastic about transitioning into the renewable energy sector. Solar industry experience is not required —expecting a steep learning curve. This role is perfect for candidates with a background in any sales back-office and Project management office who are enthusiastic about transitioning into the renewable energy sector. Solar industry experience is not mandatory —only expecting a steep learning curve with good attitude. Suitable candidate interested to work in Solar Industry and in the role of customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities · Manage large amounts of Outbound calls and Emails in a timely manner for better communication · Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers · Raising Invoice, quotation, inventory report and proper data management · Generate quality leads through telephonic calling to new and existing clients of our company. · Perform other office duties as assigned and have good learning attitude. · Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline status · Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner to manage better customer experience and management. Qualifications · 2 to 5 years of experience in sales (Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Real Estate, Telecom, or similar sectors) · Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills · Self-motivated, target-driven mindset and good at managing customer base. · Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM usage) · BPO/Call Centre experience, Solar experience is preferable.
