Presales & Business Analyst — Enterprise SaaS

About the role

We are looking for a Presales & Business Analyst who can understand customer requirements and turn them into clear proposals, presentations and solution documents.

You will work with our Sales Manager and product team on Arix, our Reliability Excellence Platform for industrial maintenance, asset management and shutdown execution. The role combines business analysis, proposal development and sales support, with practical use of ChatGPT and other AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements through meetings, discovery discussions and existing documents; identify gaps and prepare clarification questions.
• Prepare customer-specific proposals covering scope, deliverables, implementation approach, assumptions, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
• Create concise presentations, solution overviews and product demonstration material.
• Document business requirements, workflows, user stories and functional requirements for the product and implementation teams.
• Support RFP and tender responses, including compliance matrices and supporting documentation.
• Assemble commercial proposals using approved pricing and terms.
• Coordinate with sales, product and technical teams to validate proposed functionality, integrations and commitments.
• Maintain reusable proposal templates, product content, case studies and presentation assets.

What we are looking for

• 2–4 years of experience in software presales, business analysis, proposal development or a closely related role.
• Strong written and verbal English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Hands-on proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Practical experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for research, drafting and presentation development—with careful verification of the output.
• Ability to translate customer discussions into structured requirements and documents.
• Attention to detail, ownership of deadlines and confidence in asking questions when information is incomplete.

Good to have

• Exposure to enterprise SaaS, ERP, CMMS/EAM, SAP or manufacturing software.
• Understanding of industrial maintenance, reliability, inventory or shutdown workflows.
• Experience supporting customer demos, process mapping or implementation handovers.
• Familiarity with Canva or other presentation design tools.

Qualifications

A degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred. Relevant experience and quality of work will carry greater weight.
