Senior Bartender – Mixology & Beverage Innovation Location:Moira, Goa Department: Food & Beverage / Bar Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Bar Manager / F&B Manager Experience: 4+ years in bartending, with proven mixology and leadership skills Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and creative Senior Bartender with expertise in cocktail and mocktail preparation, mixology, and beverage R&D . As a senior member of the bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, innovating the beverage menu, and mentoring junior bar staff. This role requires strong knowledge of spirits, presentation, bar operations, and customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and signature drinks with precision and creativity. Lead menu development and R&D for new beverages, including seasonal and concept-driven offerings. Ensure consistency and quality in all beverages served. Train and mentor junior bartenders and bar backs on mixology, presentation, and service standards. Monitor bar inventory, assist in stock management, and recommend new products or ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area in compliance with safety standards. Interact with guests to understand preferences and provide personalized drink recommendations. Collaborate with the Bar Manager and F&B team to enhance bar operations and guest satisfaction. Ensure accurate billing and POS operation. Uphold all licensing laws, responsible alcohol service guidelines, and health & safety standards. Qualifications: 4+ years of bartending experience, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or lead role. Strong background in mixology, cocktail innovation, and beverage presentation . Excellent knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and non-alcoholic ingredients. Ability to create signature drinks and custom recipes based on current trends and guest preferences. Leadership skills with a collaborative and professional attitude. Familiarity with bar tools, POS systems, and inventory practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for hospitality and beverage artistry. This role requires discretion, excellent communication, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
