Job Description: Source customers for CA products. Generate leads form open market. Achieve sales targets for CA and cross-sell financial products. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers. Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline from any UGC recognized university. 1-4 years' experience in CASA sales, POS and knowledge of financial products. Excellent communication, customer orientation, and cross-selling abilities. Hardcore sales mentality. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of current accounts, saving accounts, CASA deposits, insurance products, and other relevant financial services. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
