About the Role: The Business Development Executive will drive B2B and project sales in the building materials industry. Identifying opportunities with builders, contractors, MEP consultants and project stakeholders. The role involves extensive field work, project mapping, relationship management and achievement of sales targets in assigned territories. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and drive MEP / project sales for building materials in assigned region. Conduct regular field visits to builders, contractors, consultants and channel partners to promote products and solutions. Map upcoming and ongoing projects, track key decision makers and build an opportunity pipeline. Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals and quotations, and follow up for order closure.
