As an HR Specialist at our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each staff member's HR file is accurate and up-to-date with all mandated documentation. Additionally, you will provide essential support to staff members by offering general HR assistance. To be considered for the role of HR Specialist, you must meet the following qualifications: - Possess a high school diploma - Have exceptional attention to detail - Demonstrate a clear understanding of and belief in KNR Therapy's mission, vision, values, and operating principles Your primary responsibilities as an HR Specialist will include handling various new hire tasks such as drafting and sending offer letters and background check forms, ensuring the accuracy of the HR Training and Onboarding Monday.com board, overseeing the creation, monitoring, and completion of BT 40-hour courses in CentralReach Institute, securing background checks, and obtaining references. Moreover, you will be responsible for providing ongoing HR support by managing tasks such as initial and renewal HIPAA and BLS certifications, annual background checks, PTO/UTO profiles, HIPAA/BGC/BLS skills, employee status and compensation configuration, attendance points, Employee Navigator configuration and maintenance, offboarding tasks related to separations, updates to employee status, and changes in compensation. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should be willing to work in US shift (EST timing) and bring your own device (BYOD). This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund and the opportunity to work from home. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with night shifts in the US time zone, and there is a performance bonus offered.
