Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Safety Executive role located in Foxconn Bengaluru South. The Safety Executive will be responsible for ensuring compliance with workplace safety protocols, conducting regular safety audits, and implementing safety standards. The role includes identifying risks, conducting training sessions for staff on safety measures, and maintaining thorough documentation for reporting and analysis. The Safety Executive will work closely with operations teams to promote a culture of safety and minimise workplace hazards. Qualifications Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and protocols Experience in risk assessment and implementing safety measures Ability to conduct training and promote a safety-first culture Proficiency in documenting safety audits and generating detailed reporting Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive and self-motivated approach to safety enforcement Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field Professional certification, like NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent, is a plus Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred
