I CALLED THEIR HELP DESK FOR NON WORKING OF FINGER PRINT DEVICE. NO ONE IS PROPERLY ANSWERING. I CALLED A SEPCIFIC MOBILE NUMBER AND EVEN DROPPED AN EMAIL, NO ANSWER. GOOD WAY TO RESPOND. EVEN POSTS IN THEIR TWITTER HANDLE PROVED ME WRONG. WORST KIND OF SERVICE.
