Pre-Sales Manager – Cyber Security

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Pre-Sales Manager – Cyber Security to join our team. The role involves working closely with the Sales team to design cybersecurity solutions, support customer engagements, prepare technical proposals, and drive successful business outcomes across Enterprise, Government, PSU, and BFSI customers.

Key Responsibilities

•     Understand customer requirements and design end-to-end cybersecurity solutions.
•     Conduct technical presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and PoCs.
•     Prepare BOMs, SOWs, solution architecture documents, and RFP/RFQ/RFI responses.
•     Collaborate with OEMs and technology partners.
•     Support bid management, tender submissions, and customer engagements.
•     Assist in implementation planning and project handover.
•     Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity technologies and industry trends.

Technical Expertise

Experience in one or more of the following technologies:

•     Network Security & Next-Generation Firewalls
•     SASE, ZTNA, SWG
•     EDR/XDR
•     SIEM & SOC
•     IAM & PAM
•     DLP & Email Security
•     WAF
•     Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
•     VAPT
•     NAC & MFA
•     Backup & Disaster Recovery

Preferred OEM Experience

Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Check Point, Sophos, CrowdStrike, Sentinel One, Microsoft Security, Forcepoint, Netskope, Zscaler, F5, Imperva, Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Splunk, IBM QRadar, CyberArk, Beyond Trust, Okta, Proofpoint, Mimecast, ManageEngine, or similar.

Qualifications

•     Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
•     Relevant cybersecurity certifications (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Microsoft, CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

•     Strong solution design and presentation skills.
•     Experience with Enterprise, Government, PSU, or BFSI customers.
•     Proposal writing, BOM preparation, and commercial understanding.
•     Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
