Knowledge of the practice and procedure of the aforesaid Courts/forums. Ability to manage and handle complex civil & commercial dispute matters. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eligibility : Minimum 4-5 years of experience in civil commercial litigation and arbitration matters. Candidates must have familiarity with construction/engineering disputes. Candidates may note that this is a full-time position involving travel across India. Leave Policy: Thirty days of paid casual leave. Five days of sick leave. Twenty-one days of paternity leave. Three months of maternity leave. Twelve public holidays leave. Second and fourth Saturday off.
