Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Specialist to drive the growth in our formulations vertical. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in Formulations for various markets ranging from US, EU & Emerging Markets. Managing client relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives to expand our CRO partnerships. Identify and develop new business opportunities in injectable and solid oral product development. Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure effective customer lifecycle management. Analyze market trends and identify potential growth opportunities in regulated markets Preferred candidate profile Bachelors/ Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences , or related field. Proven experience in Business Development and Client Relationship Management within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry . Strong project management , strategic planning , and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
