Collaborate with internal teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals . Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and site visits. Support management in strategic planning and decision-making for business expansion. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: 2–3 years in business development or tendering (construction/infrastructure). Education: BE/BTech or MBA (Engineering background preferred). Strong understanding of tendering and bid management . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel for business requirements.
