Company Description Prasiddhi PR is a brand building company founded by two young entrepreneurs from Raipur, Chhattisgarh, with a vision to deliver high-quality metro content in their own city. We understand the importance of a brand's social media presence. We engage intimately with brands and their target audiences to create, develop, and communicate impactful and engaging messages on social media platforms. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Raipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to enhance the growth of Prasiddhi PR. The role involves conducting market research, creating business proposals, and negotiating contracts with potential clients. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with the company's goals. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management Strong market research and analytical skills Ability to create and present business proposals Excellent negotiation and contract management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and on-site Experience in the PR or marketing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
