Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – Solapur (Institutional & B2B Sales – Textiles) Company: Pranera – Leading manufacturer of knitted fabrics for uniforms, sportswear, and activewear. Key Responsibilities: ● Drive sales across Solapur: to Garment units manufacturing for schools, colleges, corporates Uniforms. ● Acquire new clients and manage key accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships. ● Create and execute sales plans (monthly/quarterly/annual) aligned with company goals. ● Develop channel partnership. Appointing a Wholesaler in Solapur region ● Forecast demand and support inventory, production, and dispatch planning. ● Negotiate high-value bulk orders, credit terms, and commercial agreements. ● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and issue resolution. ● Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance, pricing, merchandising, and competitor activity. ● Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, and submit periodic performance reports. Candidate Profile: ● 3–10 years of B2B or institutional sales experience in textiles, garments, or uniforms, promotional items and Gifts ● Strong understanding of fabric types, finishing processes, and buyer behavior in the textile sector. ● Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and sales forecasting systems. ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Marathi and HIndi (mandatory). ● Graduate in Commerce, Business, or Textile Technology; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred. ● Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive travel.
