Senior Accountant – Job Requirements Key Responsibilities: Manage and record daily accounting transactions using Tally or other ERP systems. Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial statements. Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and filing in compliance with statutory norms. Prepare and review vendor and customer quotations , purchase orders, and invoices. Manage ESI and PF compliance , including employee registration, contribution filing, and returns. Oversee petty cash management and ensure proper documentation of all minor expenses. Supervise salary processing , payroll management, and related statutory deductions. Prepare and manage E-Way Bills as per GST guidelines. Support monthly closing, ledger scrutiny, and financial reporting . Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for timely completion of accounting activities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance . Proficiency in Tally ERP , MS Excel, and accounting principles. Knowledge of GST, TDS, ESI, PF , and other statutory compliances. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead a small accounts team.
