Job Title: Part-Time Accountant Location: Mylapore Job Type: Part-Time Reporting To: Director Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Accountant to manage and oversee our financial data and compliance. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate financial records, support financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. ✅ Prepare and post journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance. ✅ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. ✅ Assist in preparing monthly finance report. ✅ Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes. ✅ Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. ✅ Can do independently accounting work like manual maintaining book, went to bank etc. Requirements:✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ✔️ Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role. ✔️ Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar). ✔️ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. ✔️ Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. ✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. ✔️ Good communication and organizational skills. Work Schedule: One day/week Salary: 3000/- to 5000/-
