Order Processing: - Utilize software systems to process customer orders accurately. - Ensure timely and efficient order placement, tracking, and delivery. 4. Sales Support: - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives. - Provide support in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations. 5. Relationship Building: - Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Administrative Tasks: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. - Utilize Excel and other computer tools for reporting and analysis.
