Role & responsibilities 1. Customer Engagement: - Communicate effectively with customers in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil. - Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide product information. 2. Product Knowledge: - Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of medical devices and surgical instruments. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in surgical products. 3. Order Processing: - Utilize software systems to process customer orders accurately. - Ensure timely and efficient order placement, tracking, and delivery. 4. Sales Support: - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives. - Provide support in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations. 5. Relationship Building: - Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Administrative Tasks: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. - Utilize Excel and other computer tools for reporting and analysis.
