The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in financial reporting, compliance, and analysis. Responsibilities Prepare and examine financial records. Ensure financial statements are accurate and comply with regulations. Analyze financial data and advise on cost-effective measures. Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Prepare budgets and forecasts to assist with strategic planning. Conduct audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes. Assist in the development of internal financial controls. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional accounting certification (CA, CPA, CMA, etc.). Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
