Technical : Any automotive manufacturing process knowledge like Casting , Forging ,Machining process , Stamping & Fabrication , Welding etc.. with excellent verbal Communication ,presentation & interpersonal/facilitation skill. Measurement methods including CMM ,GD&T, Gauge concepts, Quality Tools , APQP , PPAP etc. Additional Qualification : Good exposure in CNC Machining ( Turning , VMC , HMC , Gear cutting etc..) , right selection of Machines , Tools & Fixtures for process Optimization .Knowledge of Automotive or Aerospace manufacturing commodity with Part proving capability will be an added advantage. Core Competencies : Self Driven ,Team approach with customer focus support , Creative , Ample travel to Client / supplier location.
