Role Description We are looking for R&D Assistants (RAs) for our upcoming mental health project. Younger, passionate, and dedicated candidates from all sections of society are encouraged to apply. RA will be responsible for conducting research, data analysis, and supervising the field staff. The day-to-day tasks will include analysing data, assisting with research projects, and supporting the team in various research activities. RA will report to the project director/principal investigators (PIs). Qualifications Exhibit sensitivity towards social issues of marginalised communities and persons in need of special care (such as disabled, elderly, and children with MR & CP). Must own a Windows laptop and an Android mobile phone Must be proficient in computers and MS Office (particularly advanced Excel). Strong communication skills – particularly written and verbal English – are a must. Proven record of analytical, research, and data analysis skills Experience of working with large teams Ability to work independently and remotely Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities Experience in research or academia is a plus. Master's degree in a relevant field (such as Social Work, Public Health, Psychology/Mental Health, Sociology, etc.) Pay scale & duration Consolidated INR 35,000 to 55,000 (based on skills assessment, it can be altered) per month. PS. This is NOT a permanent employment. It is purely a contractual job where the term of engagement can be extended to a maximum of one year.
