Fresh position for a dedicated and organized Nursing Staff (Female/ Male) to join our healthcare team. He/ She will be responsible for facilitating seamless coordination between patients attending the Drug Store (Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra), who may require medical consultation at the integrated Out-Patient Department (OPD) of super-specialty clinics or the Laboratory Services and vice versa. This role is integral to ensuring efficient patient flow, timely access to medications and lab services within our health facility. Key Responsibilities: Good communication skill and empathy for patients Liaising capacity between the Drug Store, OPD, and Laboratory Services and streamline excellent communication and coordination with the management, doctors, Pharmacist, staffs and patients. Good nursing skills. Knowledge of medical drugs (generic medicines) and willingness to learn and promote generic drugs amongst patients attending the health facility. Basic knowledge of computer (Excel/ Word) with willingness to learn electronic health record (EHR) and centralized POS software mandated by the Govt. Qualifications: GNM / Experienced ANM / Equivalent qualification. Recognized Nursing License / Registration certificate.
