Job Title : Power BI Developer (with Azure & SQL : 35 years Type : : Mumbai : 10 - 15 LPA Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and motivated Power BI Developer with strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server and Azure Data Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports, while also managing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes in cloud Responsibilities : Design, develop, and publish interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI Build and optimize data models using Power BI and DAX Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple sources using SQL and Power Query Integrate and manage data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and related services Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, and optimized report refresh rates Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights Implement row-level security (RLS) and data governance best practices Schedule and manage Power BI service deployments and Power BI Gateway configurations Work closely with data engineers and architects on Azure-based solutions Troubleshoot data inconsistencies, report performance issues, and provide ongoing Skills & Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 3-6 years of experience in Power BI development Strong command over SQL (MS SQL Server / Azure SQL Database) Hands-on experience with Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop, DAX, and Power Query Good Understanding Of Azure Data Services, Including Azure Data Factory Azure Synapse Analytics Azure Blob Storage / Data Lake Knowledge of ETL concepts and experience working in a data warehouse environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities (ref:hirist.tech)
You will be responsible for effectively planning, monitoring, coordinating, and communicating all aspects of the project to ensure timely delivery within budget and achieving the desired outcomes aligned with the objective. You will coordinate the overall implementation of projects and day-to-day management, as well as manage a team of internal and external SAP S4 HANA implementation experts. Providing strategic direction, coordinating, and supervising all activities of the project plan will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the project management team with internal stakeholders, supervising the activities of Implementing Consultants/Technical Services Providers to ensure effective project delivery, and leading internal experts to drive project activities. Assigning tasks to internal teams, assisting with schedule management, and overseeing project management and procurement management to mitigate delays and ensure timely completion of projects will also be part of your responsibilities. As the point of contact, you will communicate project status with management, analyze risks and opportunities related to project work, and ensure successful project outcomes. Key success measures include preparing detailed RFP for S4 Hana implementation project, coordinating with stakeholders to obtain sign-off on expectations, defining implementation partner selection criteria, evaluating vendors, defining SOW & MSA document, and successfully transitioning into BAU post-implementation. Your skills should include hands-on experience in the entire project lifecycle for SAP S4 HANA, proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget, experience in running project meetings, effective leadership and team management abilities, client and executive-facing skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and detail-oriented and analytical mindset.,
